Rental Agreement & ADW

RENTAL AGREEMENT

Customer, by signing below, assumes responsibility for returning this tuxedo/suit and all rental accessories in good condition by the specified return date and time. A late return charge of $50 per day will be due upon late return of any merchandise. Furthermore, customer is responsible for up to 50% cancellation charge if the tuxedo/suit order is cancelled after it has shipped. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED DURING APRIL AND MAY. Customer further agrees to pay for any resulting damages or lost merchandise while in customer's possession.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE WAIVER (ADW) FEE

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver Fee will be added to all orders with a coat and orders that consist of three or more tuxedo components (e.g. pant, shirt, tie). The ADW relieves the store and the end consumer from additional charges when damages can be repaired through normal dry cleaning or minor tailoring. Unauthorized alterations made to any product will result in an additional charge to return the product(s) to original size and condition. Should a garment be unrepairable, lost, or stolen, the replacement cost for that garment will be charged.
